PLACES OF WORSHIP: Trinity Community Church | Clovis, CA | In-Progress

Trinity Community Church rapidly outgrowing their current facility, PHA was tasked with creating an expansive plaza and two student ministry buildings to connect to their existing worship space. This congregation’s values led to a schematic concept that balanced function, economy and beauty. Renderings were created to present various schemes to the building committee and stakeholders. Program included children’s ministry classrooms, a small library, a kitchen, and a multi-use space that could be converted and adapted as the congregation grew and needs changed. The congregation’s desire to reach out to families with handicapped children created a scheme that not only allowed for accessibility, but celebrated it. The modern rooflines of the new ministries buildings compliment the existing worship building’s shape and celebrate the expansive views and rolling hills on the site.
